I can't rate Mark highly enough. I had been wanting to purchase a Toyota Hiace for over 6 months and couldn't believe my luck when Mark posted a really nice example of one. After a few phone calls, Mark was kind enough to hold the vehicle for me until I could come down the following day.
He kindly picked me up from the station and let me test drive the vehicle. At no point did I feel pressured to buy it. He was so honest and genuine. Mark really knows the history of the vehicles he sells and cares about finding them a good home. I am absolutely made up with my new van and can't wait to take it on some amazing road trips. At the initial contact Mark was very professional answering all our questions and explaining the provenance of the both of the cars we ware interested in and that was what prompted us to consider his garage first on our list. The village of Swanbourne is a little piece of heaven. We where greeted by Mark in to a old barn tastefully converted in to a pleasant and spotless car showroom. Mark's knowledge is second to none, after a quick chat he gladly let us test drive the two different cars until we made a decision. Then he brought out all the documentation which perfectly matched with the MOT, mileage and servicing. He also offered us a great part exchange deal on our old car and everything was done very smoothly. We reserved the car and Mark stored in his showroom for a few days until we completed the deal .The real feeling was first class private experience with a personal touch. Mark is the full package. So many dealers have so much to learn... Highly recommended.

This is a dealer who will look after you as if you were a family member and talk to you and explain things and do what you requested. You will not have a car pushed on you or have any extras pushed on you that you don't want, l can't really praise this dealer enough for the patience and time he has put into talking and explaining things and doesn't lose interest in you if you don't purchase. Mark phoned me immediately and gave me more insight into the vehicle. He understood exactly what I was looking for: a reliable, safe car for a first time driver. I immediately felt at ease in dealing with Mark. I actually let him down by not being able to view the car on the day I thought I would. He was cool about this and we rearranged. When I saw the car, I really did feel confident with what I was buying. I'm not super- confident in 2nd hand vehicles; I'd done limited research into what to check for. But having all the service information to hand and his having just got the car MOT'd reduced my concerns. All the time, I felt under minimum pressure - a real contrast to my visits to showrooms. Once I made my decision to purchase, I had a real challenge sorting out insurance (I really wanted to take the car back there and then). Mark let me sit in his kitchen and use his Wi-Fi to save me an extra journey back. Only time will tell on whether the purchase turns out to be as good I hope. But everything points to the suggestion that I've got a really fair deal here.
